Tip of the Week

A little tip for when you’re short on leftovers: cook up a grain such as rice or quinoa and make hodge podge bowls with whatever proteins, veggies, and toppings you have on hand!

This is a great way to use up any leftover proteins, partially used cans of beans or veggies, or any produce that might be on its way out!

Serve it all buffet-style and let everyone build their own bowls!
